Energy for the week!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 13758)

a) knifes:

b) grapevine with hamstring curls with turns:

c) step with left foot forward (1), touch with right foot beside left (2), right foot back (3), left foot back (4), when moving forward, push your hips too forward strongly, hands drawing big sun: from up together, open arms from side down to your butt

This is my first tryout to explain patterns, so be patient ;-)
