Thank you all for your patterns. It is refreshing to have so many styles on here. I love reading the complicated combos (for any type of class) and actually being able to put it all together. Keep them coming.
I have been teaching kickbox for years, love it, and the class I have is advanced in impact,
intensity, and they all pick up FAST.

Repeat a few times, flurry to get to other side

(plylo combo) right after combo 3
Combo 4 we usually do 3 sets of 8 and if the are exploding it shoots the heart rate up. I encourage people to try at least 1 if they dont have any knee/back problems but of course for all of our low impact level 1 can be performed with a lot of intensity without the impact.

* When I move forward I am stepping with the jab when it is half time, then up to tempo it is a shuffle. The jump can be a step touch but this gives your plyo people a chance to increase the heart rate.
