Thursday Groove

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13762)

I did this today with my Thursday AM group and they had a blast with it. Self-reversing, tapless 32s.

Block #1:

*Arabesque also= switch curl. Right foot steps on step like you are starting an over the top and the left foot swings over behind you to exit on the north side. Then reverse it by stepping left and swinging right to come home.

Block #2:

**Over the top long- after the half an L-step, you are facing the side. Turn your left shoulder toward the step and go over left leading, facing the back.

Block #3:

***Turning L: a tapless L-step that takes you from front facing to rear facing. Start like a regular L-step (1, 2 and 3), then instead of tapping down on count 4, exit the step and turn to face the back. Then, with your left foot, continue the L-step and exit facing the back.

****Chug and over: Start like a 10 count mambo (stomp, side), but after the first stomp (you are on the east end of the step), go over the top long, chug down and exit home. Thank you Christi Taylor!
