Ashley's Cardio-kick Combos

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13766)

My participants love these combos. After breaking them down doing each combination 3X each side - half the class is already over!

Combo 1

Repeat with front kicks (left lead)

Repeat Combo 1 (3X each side)

Combo 2

You will end up in left staggered stance - repeat combination (lead with left jab)

Repeat Combo 2 (3X each side)

Combo 3

Repeat combination (lead with left knees)

Repeat Combo 3 (3X each side)
