2 Horizontal benches: the one of the left is "Home" and the one on the right is "Away". I start by doing the "A" and "B" combinations over and over until they have got it, then I string them together. These are lots of fun -- please email me with any questions!!

*Ricochet: step left on the bench (1); right knee lift (2) while doing a hop turn to face the west; right foot taps the floor in front of the bench (3); right knee lifts while hopping back to where you started (4); exit right/left (5-6); jumping jack (7-8)
**Knee/lunge/lunge/knee: Step left on the bench (1); right knee lift (2); right lunge (3); right foot to bench (4); left lunge (5); left knee lift (6); exit left/right off the front of the bench (7-8); step left on the bench (9); right knee lift (10); right lunge (11); right foot to bench (12); left lunge (13); left knee lift (14); exit left/right back to where you started (15-16)
*** Alternate hamstring curls 3X; Reverse V-step [a.k.a. 1/2 revolving door]
