Kickbox 2 D Kore

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13553)

This kickbox combination has two parts. Balance and core stability is important to make the transitions

#1..right jab / left cross /2x hook /2x uppercut / forward /back

Right leg lead

Pivot on back leg (left) on arm movements

#2 .. 2x knee strike // front kick // cross

After the double knees; bring that leg down slightly behind the left so that as you lift the left knee for the front kick, all the weight is on the right leg.

Balance and core stability is important here so you can step down in front to execute the cross

You are now in left leg lead position and ready to start from the top with the first combo : on the left side

Teach #1 combo then the other #2 ; and then combine to make it self reversing
