This is a GREAT low to very low impact that can be bumped up if greater impact is desired!

Harvey Mambo - March first two counts wide, next two counts wider, next two counts back in, last two counts are feet coming together.

Kwando Jab - Feet shoulder distance apart, knees slightly bent, hands up in boxing position. Rotate from waist. 1-2 count, rotate and reach out and in with one fist. Return to start position. 3-4 count, rotate opposite way and reach out and in. 5-6 count, repeat 1-2 count. 7-8 count, repeat 3-4 count.
