Kauai - partner ball work

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13576)

As you know the ball challenges your core - when you add a partner and some resistance this is magnified - this requires one tube and one ball per person

Partners sit on ball and face each other, tubes are interlaced, they need to be far enough apart so the tubing isn't slack - perform rows from this position - make sure they sit up straight and tall and engage their core, they can also squeeze their inner thighs together.

Partners face away from each other, tubes go under arm pits, and then they perform chest presses, strong core so they don't get pulled off the ball.

Partners face back in and perform tricep kick backs - legs can grip the ball to work the inner thighs or can take a staggered stance or a neutral seated position.

Partners face the same direction, only using one tube, the person in front will get into a supine incline position, tubing coming under arms and perform crunches while their parnter behind them provides resistance. then they switch.
