This is my first entry. Before I begin..thank you to everyone that contributes...you cannot understand how much you have done for me. I have only been teaching for a year and all the instructors at my club who offer to help have less free time then I do.
I usually start with the heavy weights (8 pounds)
They start with:
16 bent rows
16 bent side laterals
16 up right rows
Then
Repeat with middle weight (6 pounds)
and add:
16 side laterals (remeber thumbs turn downward)
& 16 front laterals (alternating palms up and palms down
Then
Repeat all five exercises with light weight (4 or 2 pounds)
and add
16 shoulder presses
Little to no rest between sets
remember to monitor form
For variety or a "cheat" rest add shrugs.
