Tidal Wave Workout!!

If you want a hard core water workout, check out Tidal Wave!! I teach this class to about 40 (yes 40!! it's a
huge class!!) men and women! This is for all ages and workout intensities. The class will really get their heart rate
up and yep you will burn those unwanted calories fast!! Hope you like it!!
This is just one combo that I use and it Kicks Butt!!!
- Jog
- Leap frog (knees up and out to the side at the same time)
*you can move it forward and backword to intensify it*
- Cheerleader (stright legs out to the side while you are touching your toes. Both feet come off the ground)
- Jump rope then switch to a cannonball (grab knees and pull into your chest)
- Reverse leap frog (both feet kick your butt at the same time. Like a hamstring curl but with both legs.
Add intensity by hoping out of the pool to at least navel level)
- Tread water (no weights used. Only do this for a few seconds)
Repeat as many times as you like. I add on a lot of other combos to follow but this one is hard core. Oh baby they work!!!
