Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13590)
- Do a step knee alternate on the floor (8)
- 2 V-steps right foot (8)
- Grapevine right, grapevine left, left shoulder goes up to front mirror, you should be facing right wall (8)
- Using your right foot jog in a semicircle to the back wall and come back to the front (8)
- Kick sideways alternating 4 times (8)
- Double kick right, left (8)
- Jump up up back back out out in in 2 times (16)
Start the first combination on the left foot.
