This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13591)

Pattern 1: 64 count

When I say 'single isolation' I usually start out doing a single knee...however, at some point during class, I come back to this pattern and do something else (a glute raise, ham curl, side leg lift, inner thigh, whatever).

Once I finish pattern 1, I usually go directly into pattern 2. These are fairly easy patterns in that it's the same thing over and over again.

Pattern 2: 128 count

*For lunges (I won't use "left" or "right" foot because it varies depending on which side you're working) - you are facing forward with the bench to your side - step up onto the bench while turning 1/4 turn towards the bench (2) (by the end of these 2 counts, both feet should be on the short end of the bench), 2 lunge-backs (lunge the first leg back, then return to the step, lunge the 2nd leg back, then return to the step (4), step off the bench with 1/4 turn towards the front of the step (2) (you should now be in the position you were in prior to starting the lunges).

Once you've done these patterns, you will have worked left and right sides equally so there's no need to repeat unless you want to! These are the FINAL patterns, once they have all the moves down. To start, like with any pattern, I begin by repeating the moves for much longer periods of time!
