Have the members pick up one set of weights that they can perform all upper body exercise with (biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, etc.)
Arrange them around the perimeter of the room (with their weights)
Have everyone turn the same direction and proceed to do walking lunges around the room.
Once they return to their place...stop and perform an upper body exercise (3 sets of 8-10)
Then begin another lower body exercise (step right and squat moving around the room) and when they get back to their spot perform another upper body exercise
Keep alternating lower and upper body until the end of class
(lower body -- walking lunges, step and squat, 3 count walking lunges where you pulse at the bottom for 3
counts then step to the next one, step squat pulse where you never stand straight up between squats but step together
and pulse than step out and pulse, 3 count step squat, walking lunge with knee lift)
Go through all upper body parts as well.
If your room is really big then just go half way or so before you break for upper body
