Turnabout Howdown
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13597)
- Walk 8 counts to the left
- Then 8 to the right
- Turn around to the left and do 10 standing leg lifts and then do them for the right side
- Have a little fun and do a hoe down step for 16 count
and then reapeat
Now your class is ready to move on to some more hi-impact aerobics.
