This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13611)

Thanks to all of you who emailed me with questions and comments on my first submission. Here are two more 64-count patterns for you.

*Cross and cha-cha -- cross right over left to left corner (1), step back on left (2), cha-cha-cha (3-4), cross left over right to right corner (5), step back on right (6), cha-cha-cha (7-8). Like a mambo cha-cha crossing to the corners and covering some floor space on the cha-chas.

**Step knee/heel/knee/ski -- step left (1), lift right knee (2), right heel to the floor (3), lift right knee again (4), cross country ski (5-6-7-8). From here you sort of jump into the left/right side lunges. It's a big powerful move.

***Double bounce ("play the bongos") -- This is great fun!! After you move four steps to the right, shift your weight to the left and bounce for 2 counts, shift right and bounce for 2 counts, then repeat left/right for your full 8 counts. "Play the bongos" is the arms component. As you bounce left, place both hands by your left hip and push down twice, repeat to the right as you bounce right. Think Ricky Ricardo (I Love Lucy)!

****Double up and over -- step left (1), lift right knee (2), tap right toe in front (3), lift right knee (4), tap right toe out to the side (5), lift right knee (6), tap right toe in front (7), lift right knee (8). Repeat on the other side by starting with a step right. I like to do this with the torso up tall and arms close to the sides -- like Irish step dancing.
