**Funky V - (1-2) Step up wide into a V-step right and left, (3-4) march feet together on top of step, (5) place right foot on floor, (6) lift right knee, (7-8) exit right and left
***Kick with squats - (1-2) Step up right and kick left leg, (3) place left foot on fllor and squat, (4) bring left foot on top of step, (5) place right foot on floor on other side of step and squat, (6) plave right foot on step, (7-8) exit left and right
