- (5-8) Grapevine left
- (9-12) Shift weight side to side x2
- (13-16) Grapevine right
- (17-24) Single, single, double hamstring curl
- (25-32) Step and heel x4
- (1-16) V-step x4
- (17-20) Step forwards, lift knee and 2 walks backwards turning to face left side
- (21-24) Step forwards (facing left), lift knee and 2 walks backwards turning to face the front)
- (25-32) Repeat last 8 counts
