Step warm up

Warmup pattern from

I use this warm up for my 'sweat and step' routine
- (1-8) Shift weight side to side x4
- (9-16) Double knee crossover (on the floor) x2
- (17-32) Grapevine x4
- (1-4) Mambo
- (5-16) Hamstring curl x3
- (17-20) March on the step
- (21-28) Slow lunge backwards x2
- (29-32) March on the floor
Repeat other side
