Stepping Time
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13608)
Combo one: (right leg lead)
- 1. Triple knees corner to corner (16)
- 2. Triple hamstring curl (8)
- 3. T-step* - end with a tap (8) then repeat other side
Combo two: (right leg lead)
- 1. Up and over your bench (now on front side of bench the side closest to the front mirror) (4)
- 2. Chasse around your step to the right (8)
- 3. One single knee (on front side of step - side closest to front mirror)
- 4. Y-step (step out, out, in, in, down, down, up up (8) (now on top of bench) then lunge right, left, right (off of the top of the step) (6) and step off. (2)
Repeat other side (self-reversing)
Combo three: (right leg lead)
- 1. Two single kicks corner to corner (8)
- 2. 1/2 Mambo cha cha cha 2x (8)
- 3. Two single knees (or power jump) corner to corner (8)
- 4. T-step*
Repeat other side (self-reversing)
T-step (instructions for right leg lead) On the left side of the bench (1), step up right leg. Bring left knee up
(2), set left foot down on left side of step (3), tap right foot on bench (4), bring back (5), left knee up (6),
step off front of step - left, right (7-8).
