Turn, turn, turn
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13618)
- Grapevine with a side out 4x
- After 4th grapevine turn 1/4 for a hustle
- Hustle up do 2 touches back with left leg
- Hustle back do 2 heels with right leg
- Repeat hustle combo again
- Dig up or scoop up 4x
- Quad knees (4 knees left then 4 knees right)
- Ham curls back 4x
Repeat combo 3 more times until back front
- Double grapevine (will end facing back of room)
- Ham curl to front 4x
- Double ham curl 2x
- Squat right and left
Repeat combo going left
- Hustle up and back with inner thigh 2x
- Inner thigh singles 4x hold front
- Inner thigh singles 4x with a 1/4 turn
Repeat 3 more times until facing front of room
- Grapevine 2x
- Double touch out
- Lunge singles 4x
- Double lunge 2x
As soon as you bring in the left foot from the double lunge go right into a grapevine with the left
foot and repeat combo
Our aerobic room isn't real big so when I have a big class we can't move alot but if we do the quarter turns
with a combo at least we feel like we are moving. I also like to do alot of combos where the last move ends in a
double so I can switch legs and go to the left.
