Basic Legwork on the floor

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 13630)

Equipment needed: floor mat

Lie on the floor on the right side
Bottom leg is bent at a right angle
Extend bottom arm onto floor and rest head on arm OR prop head up
On hand while resting on elbow
Suck abs in!

Raise and lower top leg - slow short lifts keeping foot parallel with floor
(do not point toe up towards ceiling)
2 Counts of 8

Bring knee into chest and press out (lead with heel)
2 Counts of 8

Bend top leg and raise slightly so that foot is at an angle towards ceiling
Press (or kick) heel up towards ceiling and back in
2 Counts of 8
