Hi! I absolutly love this website and I really really love teaching!! This one is great for your butt...
Grab weights.. doesn't really matter what size but lean towards the smaller side
- Have your legs straight (I know, an absolute no no) and hands dropped over in front of you.
- Bend over until you feel your hamstrings tighten
- Squeezing your glutes and your hamstrings as tight as you can, slowly move up to the standing position and repeat.
I did this one and I felt it for a day or so after.. mix it with squats and your class will
love/hate you!! Don't you love it?!?!?!
