Slip Step

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13638)

Here it is, an easy pattern to add in between combinations.

Cues are as follows, right left, hook upper

Reverse with the left foot leading.

A slip step is a wide step first leading right. Stepping out with the right foot then stepping wide with the left foot. Finishing with the feet meeting in the spot they started. Sort of like out out, in in. You can encourage a low slip step bend at the knee, this will get the heart rate up.
