Every woman want to work that flab under her arm right? I have a GREAT move for you.
Have them get into a plank position, back must be flat, butt down, abs tight.
Arms- right under shoulder, keeping the elbow in close to the body.
Then, you are going to do a "push-up" This is going to be hard because you are using your triceps in this motion.
This is great one the ball and have them start on their knees for beginners and work their way up.
Also...have them hold the position at the bottom, squeezing everything tight elbows in. That makes them yell :)
