Step Or BOSU with Power/Balance Variations (Tapless)

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13642)

I've used this pattern in my Step/BOSU Challenge class. It works well on the BOSU and has a lot of great variations to challenge balance and increase intensity! Each class member has both a Step and a BOSU. We learn a pattern on the step and then do it on the BOSU. Response has been very positive.

32 counts, self-reversing, tapless. Base pattern given first -- variations for the first 8 counts follow. Assume right foot lead:

** 3 count exit: exit down with left leg (1); back mambo right, left (2,3); across the top (4,5); exit down with right leg (6); back mambo left, right (7,8).

I really like the 3 count exit on the BOSU because it gives you a chance to get "grounded" before mounting the dome again. Plus it's tapless! ;-) The alternating Supermans are fun on the BOSU also -- especially when you add power, and gives the class a chance to get "centered" before the next combo.

Variations for the first 8 counts:

You will need to cue direction for the exit on this last variation.

Email me with questions AND if you come up with other variations! Have fun.
