This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13649)

** Mambo, cha-cha: you can also do a mambo front [right] and cha-cha backwards, then mambo backwards [left] and cha-cha fromt, then mambo right and cha-cha to your right. [side to side]

Sorry I don't know all the terms everybody uses on this site.

Add arms to your low impact!! Use more energy and make it more fun!

Open knee lift: keep your feet apart and lift your knees a little diagonal. Push hands down when knee is coming up and change arms overhead to the other side. [does anybody knows a term for this one?] Can somebody help me with all the terms used on this site? [like a list or something] Big thanks!
