It can be really hard to come up with creative and fun patterns for your Senior class, so hopefully this will be helpful. I have been using this website for a year or so and figured it is about time that I share my ideas.
I teach each combination by using an add on method, and I usually do each move at least 4 times if not more.
Tap out and rock the body side to side - punching arms
(Change the arms from punches to overhead to upercuts to double punches)
Small squat and roll arms in front on counts 1 and 2
Push up from the squat and two claps overhead on counts 3 and 4.
Repeat combo to each wall
****Double abduct with left leg then shift weight and abduct twice with right left - continue to alternate with legs. Arms also are abducting as if you were flying
