Carole's High/Low from Texas Challenge

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 13653)

Hello! I thought I would post the High/Low routine that I did at the Dallas Fall Challenge. It is fairly simple and very fun. It consists of two 64 count combinations. Email me if you have any questions about it!

Combo #1


#1) "V-double knee: step out out right left in a V-step; step in with right and lift left knee, step in with left and lift right knee. You will now go right into the long grapevine as follows...

#2) "Long grapevine with 3 alternating ham curls: step out with right, step behind with left; step out with right again, step in front with left; step out with right again, and do 3 ham curls, left, right, left.

*Repeat this combo moving back on the scoops. All leads and directions are opposite of above.

Combo #2


#1) 4 Knee repeater to side: step out to side with right on count 1, then just do 4 knee lifts all on left leg, slightly bringing them across body.

#2) Crazy walk with hips: step out to side with left, step behind left with right; step in place with left, then step out to other side with right; step behind right with left; step in place with right; now just take both legs out wide and do 2 little weight shifts left and right.

#3) Chasse rock: chachacha moving to left; rock back/side/back with right foot, then you will be ready for the ponies moving forward...then you will just repeat the chasse rock going the other direction, and then the ponies moving back.

Repeat this combo with left lead. All leads and directions are opposite of above.
