I tried this pattern with my most advanced class last week -- WOW -- they were begging for mercy! I usually go through the cycle three times (two times for groups that are less advanced):
*Power lunges: jump down into a lunge position, right leg forward/left leg back, then hop up to standing. Switch legs. Watch those knees! Counted like this:
