Short cut

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 14235)

This pattern is set up as if you were doing step, but if you really cover the ground it gets your heart rate up!

Right lead:

Repeat left lead facing right wall (turning left towards the front)

Some of my students have knee trouble and cannot do regular step classes. Most of them enjoy the moves so I try and come up with fun patterns for them. Hope you like this little burst, email with questions!
