Three Minutes of Fun!

I call this class my "Three Minutes of 'Fun'" because at the end of my ten minute jumping routine we combine all the moves that we did and alternate every 15 seconds for 3 minutes. One of the ladies in my class jokingly gave it the name. Enjoy! It's a real leg killer!
- Jump rope for 1 minute
- Power jumps out the water 45 seconds
- Jump with a full body twist 45 seconds
- Pendulum jump 45 seconds
- Ski moguls 45 seconds
- Frog hops (Jump bringing feet up together as you push hands down in H2O, add intensity by kicking feet out to the sides after bringing them up) 1 minute
- Jump bringing both knees to the chest 45 seconds
- Jump bringing both heels to the bottom 45 seconds
- Jump rope 30 seconds
The last three minutes alternate 15 seconds each ski moguls, frog hops, knees to chest, and heels to bottom.
