Kicking aqua

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 14243)

Hi! It seems like I borrow a lot from this sight and have yet to give back so here it is. It's a simple routine but my classes LOVE it and it really gets the heart rate pumping! Enjoy

KICKS Backwards; legs are actually kicking towards the back, you are not moving backwards. You remain in same spot.

*Jumpropes; participants act like they have a jumprope in their hands. We have fun with this, doing fancy jumproping just to get the class laughing

*Side steps; I start out with 4 slow steps and work up to the quick steps. Sometime I'll have them do "Walk like an Eygptian" arms. It really gets them laughing as well.
