Simple but Tough

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14262)

Hey, one night I was out of ideas and just did this off the top of my head, but my class loved it! It got our heart rates up and everyone said it was one of their favorite classes!

With about 10 minutes to go (hate it when you have to fill up time!) I did:

At first you can do a move every other count, but then step it up to a move on every count. (for example, you would go from 4 alternating jabs to 8 alternating jabs in 8 counts). Then I might do 2 sets of each, but I eventually take it to 8 of each and then bob and weave for 8 for a 32 count pattern. It really gets your heart rate up, and it kills time, and it's so easy to remember! Have fun.
