Simple NRG Step

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14272)

My class loves this one.

(each combo on own or add together for a medley)

Combo 1

(repeat starting with basic left leg lead or go to combo 2)

Combo 2

Repeat starting with left grapevine or go to combo 3). For variety take the 3 knees around the world.

Combo 3

Repeat pattern or go to Combo 4

Combo 4

It's pretty simple but effective and a real aerobic pattern. Do at about 135bpm and it will get the class rocking.
