Power Tree

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14294)

Combo one:

Repeat everything to the left side

Combo two:

Repeat on left 2 x 16 counts same arms

Combo three:

Repeat to the left side, this time do the left leg and the right arm!

For more impact you could add an hop here and there, but it works great for low impact also, sweat guaranteed! If you have beginners, they might not be able to catch it all at once, take a couple of times to build it up with them.
