Water ADD
This is an
Aquatic pattern from

(pattern 14490)
This routine is perfect for those with exercise "ADD" (like chance and get bored fast)
After a normal warm up I start the lap clock and every minuet change the move, and so on and so on.
Example
- 1 Minute high knee jogs
- 1 Minute rocking horse (right leg lead)
- 1 Minute rocking horse (left leg lead)
- 1 Minute jacks
- 1 Minute jacks with a tuck
- 1 Minute criss cross jacks
- 1 Minute cross country
- 1 Minute suspended cross country
Etc...
It was fun and it kept them "on their toes"
