Repeating Kicks

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 14494)

I have been getting ideas for my class for a while now. My turn to give back. This is easy and basic, but I havent seen it posted.

We start with high kicks to the front, using alternate arms. Then to the front corners, then side to side like a pendulum arms also side to side. Then kicks to the back corners and then to the back. While to the back, arms are pushing water forward. We do 8 of each, then 4 of each, then 2 or 3 sets of 2 of each. Then build back up to 4 and then 8. It's easy, fun, and gets the class moving.
