Lay on your back, raise you head and shoulders off the floor and bring your legs straight up and out to a 90 degree position. Hold while you do 50 very slow crunches, then drop the legs out to 60 degrees and do 50 more crunches, then drop your legs to 30 degrees and do 50 more crunches. This is a real killer so don't forget to stretch out the back. Let me know if you like it.
