Easy Cardio

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14511)

This one sems to be my classes' favorite. They ask for it all the time!

Combo 1

Repeat leg lifts again only add arms

Combo 2

Combo 3

Repeat the piston pivot 4 times
