Jenny's Journey (hi/lo)

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 14516)

8 counts: Right leg leads
Walk or jog up 4 steps (arms press up 2x's overhead)
2 heel digs (arms: 2 hammer curls) or 2 jacks

8 counts: 4 alternating side lunges (arms press out to side-triceps)

8 counts: Right leg leads. Walk or jogback 4 steps arms press up 2x's
2 alternating lunges backward (alternating arms over head)

8 counts: Grapevine 2x's
Grapevine right (4 counts)
Turn right and walk or jog backwards 4 steps

Doing this move will allow you to repeat entire combination 4 times around the room. Change up the arms to add a little variation, but it kills time in class.

Great routine for Seniors because it's so easy to follow.
