Dripping Sweat Cycling Class (45 minutes)

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14519)

Notes: This is a 45-minute class (including warm-up and cool-down). No specific music is given. I like to use music desgined for step aerobics (125-128 bpm) for this type of class because the steady beat makes it easy to use almost any cycling skill and you don't have to worry about the tempo changing at the end of a song. All cycling terms are Mad Dogg Athletics/Spinning (Johnny G) terms.
