Jennifer's Good Morning Comeback
This is a
Warmup pattern from

(pattern 14521)
*Start at left end of bench with bench horizontal.
- Grapevine (right lead) 4 counts
- Single knee to front (left lead) 4 counts
- Diagonal lengthwise across bench (left lead) 4 counts
- Turnstep (right lead) 4 counts
- Across the top (left lead) 4 counts
- Squat with right foot up on bench. 4 counts
- Turn to face bench while going into squat to right. 2 counts
- Hamstring (left lead) 4 counts
- Left basic (x2) move left to end of bench. 8 counts
- Glide to other end of bench. (right.lead) 2 counts
- Tap up on right corner of bench. (left lead) 4 counts
- Across the top (left lead) 4 counts
- Walk forward and back out and back out in front of right end of bench. 8 counts
- Across the top (right lead) 4 counts
- Single jack to front. (stay at right end of horizontal bench) 2 counts
Total of 64 counts
*You should end up at the opposite end of the bench. Start again from the grapevine with a left lead and follow pattern all the way through again.
I usually use this as a warmup for my 40 minute class in the mornings but it would also be a good low intensity step pattern. Have fun and let me know what you think. I named it after a gal in one of my classes, she thought it was great. She had been gone for a few weeks and we warmed up with this to welcome her back.
