Knees up!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14524)

Repeat left

*Keep your arms up and guarding your face and do a small crunch (think rib to hip) to the left, right, and left then lifting right knee on count 4. You can add intensity by adding a little hop when bringing the knee up "3, 2, 1 UP!!"*
