(pattern 14531)
I use this warm up for step, but you could modify the last 2 lines to use it for hi/lo.
- (1-16) Transfer weight side to side x8
- (17-24) Double hamstring curl x2
- (25-32) 4 Repeater curl
- (1-16) Grapevine x4
- (17-20) Step up, up, squat
- (21-24) March on floor
- (25-32) Repeat last 2 lines
