This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14534)

This combo is put together like a step pattern... 4 x 8 count combos linked and then reversed. Starting with a right lead, right hip to the front.

Repeat other side

The 2 knees can be optioned up as follows:

This reverses sides in combo so you don't need to do the jacks to turn.
