Iron Cross and Tricep Extensions

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 14551)

This is a great combination for the arms using the noodles in deep water.

Holding a noodle in each hand, extend the arms and drop the legs straight down so you resemble a capital letter 'T'. Then keeping the arms perfectly straight, draw the hands in to your sides and repeat. This resembles the iron cross in gymnastics, on the rings.

Next, with arms straight at your side holding noodles, draw the hands up and and down again, bending at the elbow similar to a tricep curl and extension--you should really feel this one!
