Doublestep Circuit

This is a Double Step pattern from (pattern 14739)

This is how the steps are set up. Left step is home; beginning on left side of left side. TRANSFER means go to the next step.

Combo one:

Repeat with left lead (facing away step on right side)

*Lateral & frontal raises with 5-8 pound weights

Combo two:

Repeat with left lead

*Squats with one foot on step and 5-8 pound weights for tricep extensions

Combo three:

Repeat with left lead

*Bicep/military with 5-8 pound weights

**Do all three combos once, then heartrate

Combo four:

Repeat with left lead

*Alternate lunges on step with bicep curls 10 pound weights

** Do all four combos twice through then heart rate

Finish with chest/tricep work on step and abs/stretch
