Doublestep Circuit
This is a
Double Step pattern from

This is how the steps are set up. Left step is home; beginning on left side of left side. TRANSFER means go to the next step.
Combo one:
- Basic right X 2 (left side of left step facing step)
- Travel knees X 2 (corner to corner)
- Over the top (FACE FRONT) TRANSFER one knee (you are on left side on next step)
- Over the top, 2 jacks facing your step
Repeat with left lead (facing away step on right side)
*Lateral & frontal raises with 5-8 pound weights
Combo two:
- Charleston with knee X 2
- Turn straddle turn, TRANSFER turnstep (on left side of away step)
- Over the top (face back)
- Turn and two lunges
Repeat with left lead
*Squats with one foot on step and 5-8 pound weights for tricep extensions
Combo three:
- Travels leg curls corner to corner
- Over the top (face front)
- Loop d' lu (TRANSFER turn right, TRANSFER turn right)
- TRANSFER L-step (upper end of away step)
- Over the top (longway)
- Knee of side (to be on right side of away step)
Repeat with left lead
*Bicep/military with 5-8 pound weights
**Do all three combos once, then heartrate
Combo four:
- V-step right, V-step left, turnstep right
- Over the top (face back)
- TRANSFER turn straddle turn (face back)
- Diagonal right (face back)
- Half hop left over step or walk for four steps (ending on right side of away step)
Repeat with left lead
*Alternate lunges on step with bicep curls 10 pound weights
** Do all four combos twice through then heart rate
Finish with chest/tricep work on step and abs/stretch
