Samz Burnout

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 14747)

My students loved and enjoyed this takes about 20 minutes, you can always repeat the block. This site is great and so helpful, but not many aerobic patterns are submitted lately. So you too enjoy the Burnout...

1st Block

Switch the block to left lead

2nd Block

Switch the lead to right side with left foot leading


3rd Block

Repeat the set to other side

4th Block

Repeat the block on the other side

5th Block

Repeat the block on the other side

*Box step...right crosses the left, left goes out to left, right goes to right side, and left comes to right-.(front-back- side -together)
