Samz Pump Your Heart

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14748)

Hi everyone. This is a whole workout and really takes your heart pumping, double each block and you have almost 20-25 minutes really good cardio. My girls hate to do it...but just love it...

First Block

Repeat above with left foot

Second Block

Repeat above with left foot

Third Block

Repeat above with left foot

Fourth Block

(Repeat left lead)

Fifth Block

Repeat with left foot

Sixth Block

Repeat with left foot in right corner

Seventh Block

Tequila Sunrise:

Ready to repeat with left lead.

Eighth Block

Repeat from top with left lead

* T-step breakdown: step up right foot, left knee, left foot step down side of bench, right heel tap top of bench, right foot back on top of bench, left knee up, left foot down, right foot down.

** Drunken V break downright lead-..on left end of step
count 1 = right foot onto the step
count 2 = left foot finishes V-step onto floor on left side of step
count 3 = left foot back to starting position
count 4 = right foot back to starting position on floor next to left

*** Boomerang
from the left side (short) of a horizontal bench (right lead)
count 1 = right foot leaps to middle of step
count 2 = left foot follows right to middle of step
count 3 = right foot 1 lunge off of other end of step (left foot stays back)
count 4 = right foot back to middle of step
count 5 = left foot back onto floor on starting side of step
count 6 - right foot back onto floor next to left foot

****Tequila Turns:
Two consecutive baby turnsteps in same direction with same lead leg e.g right foot on right corner, left foot in the middle of the step, right foot down on the floor in the middle, left foot down on the floor next to right. Right foot up again in the middle of step, left foot up on the left corner of step, right foot down on floor on left side of step, left foot follows and down next to right foot.

*****Funky Fresh:
Tap in and out from on top of step is done in a syncopated fashion -- on the "and", i.e., up right is count 1, up left is count 2, tap right quickly to center and back out - count 3, tap in left quickly to center and out - count 4
