Sonia's Wild Cards VII (Cardio Interval Class)

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14766)

Basic, horizontal, 32 count, self-reversing, tapless combos. Approximately 4 minutes on the step followed by a one minute blast of cardio activity. Keep it low intensity on the step and encourage them to go go go on the blasts! For a description of this class using the "wild cards" see routine #14225.

Wild Card 1

On the floor. Squat and kick: Low impact keep one foot grounded; high impact add power.

Combo 2

Repeat left

Wild Card 2

On the step. Across the top or over the top.

Combo 3

Repeat left

Wild Card 3

On the floor. Pony like mad for 1 minute!

Combo 4

Repeat left

Wild Card 4

On the step: up slowly right/left (4), alternate single lunges 6x (12), alternate double lunges 5x (20), alternate triple lunges 4x (24), exit slowly left/right (4) Repeat leading left. This is 64 counts on each side.

Wild Card 5

Repeat Wild Cards 1 and 3 for 30 seconds each. OR skip this cardio blast and just combine all 5 combos for a finale!

These combos can also be used without the cardio blasts as they are designed to flow together.
